Color Club

Colorstruct is free, and the parts that matter stay free. Color Club removes the advertising, lifts the limits and adds the Illustrator extension.

What stays free, always

Building, editing, importing, extracting colours from an image, the accessibility inspector and all twelve export formats work without an account and without paying. Color Club is for the things that cost us money to run, not for the colour engine.

What membership includes

  • No advertising

    Every ad slot is removed across the site, including the reserved space, so the layout gets the room back.

  • Unlimited saved palettes

    Keep as many palettes and collections as you like, private or published, with no cap on either.

  • The Illustrator extension

    Push a palette straight into an Illustrator swatch group, and pull a document’s swatches back out to check them.

  • Batch export

    Export a whole collection at once, in any of the twelve formats, instead of one palette at a time.

  • Larger image extraction

    Extract from higher-resolution images with a longer k-means run, for a closer fit to the source.

  • It keeps the lights on

    Colorstruct has no investors and sells no data. Memberships are what pay for the servers.

The same membership, at no cost, for students and teachers at an accredited institution. Verified with your school email address.

Verify with a school email

Re-verified once a year. If verification lapses the account reverts to the free tier — nothing is deleted.

Questions

What happens to my palettes if I stop paying?
They stay. Saved palettes are never deleted or locked for non-payment. If you are over the free tier’s limit you cannot add more until you are under it again, but everything already saved stays readable, editable and exportable.
Does the free version lose anything?
No. Nothing that works today stops working. Color Club adds to the free product rather than being carved out of it.
Who counts for the Education rate?
Students and teaching staff at an accredited school, college or university, verified with an institutional email address.
